Chip Chip, posh posh and all that rot. I have a very good handle on my English accent. I emulate an English professor who is very into his work, that comments to himself as he makes scientific breakthroughs

We can turn our financial situation around in Fresno quickly by starting our own utility district. There was a reason PG&E didn't want us to form our own utility district; we wouldn't be paying all those million dollar salaries to "Fat Cats'' in San Francisco.
Using low emission fuels, Natural Gas, turning Methane from cows into electrical power will enhance our "Creature Comforts'' & create huge income by burning methane in generators, methane is 25x more potent than carbon dioxide
