Be a Stick in the Mud Day at Coke Hallowell Center for River Studies 11605 Old Friant Road in Fresno.
February 6, 2010 from 9am to 12pm
Come out to learn more about the River Parkway Trust and get dirty for the earth in the process. This Saturday, our Land and Trails staff will be installing willow cuttings at Spano River Ranch, as part of the ongoing habitat enhancement project. We meet at the River Center and carpool to the work-site. As the title of this event describes, pole planting is a muddy job. Be sure to wear clothes that can get dirty and rubber boots if you have them. For more info call 559-248-8480 ext. 106.
