Ingredients:
6 torn organic mint leaves
1/4 part DeKuyper Tropical Mango liqueur
1 1/2 part organic lime sour mix
1/2 part DeKuyper Triple Sec liqueur
1 1/2 part Basil Hayden's Bourbon
organic mint leaf for garnish
organic lime twist for garnish
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime twist and mint leaf.
1) Brew up a pot of your favorite espresso or other strong, full-flavored coffee. You need a good strong coffee to balance the sweetness of the syrup. Use Espresso or French Roast.
2) Put 1 oz of pure organic maple syrup in the bottom of your cup. Start with this amount and add more if you like it sweeter. Pure maple syrup is sweeter than you think, so start small and work your way up to the amount that is right for you.
3) Pour in freshly brewed coffee, leaving room for the milk or cream. Give it a good stir to mix.
4) Add the steamed milk or cream to the cup.
5) Drizzle a little of the syrup over the top of the milk or cream to finish.
6) Serve with an organic treat such as scones or crisp biscotti.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tbsp grated organic ginger
1 organic lemon
1 cup organic sugar
1/4 teaspoon yeast
cool water
clean 2-liter bottle or growler jug
Directions:
1. Juice the lemon and set it aside.
2. Pour the sugar into the bottle.
3. Pour the yeast into the bottle. Shake the bottle so that the yeast and sugar are mixed well.
4. Pour the ginger and the lemon juice into the bottle.
5. Fill the bottle about one-quarter full of cold water and shake well again, so that everything is mixed well and the sugar and yeast are dissolved.
6. Fill up the bottle with water until nearly but not quite full, leaving an inch or two of space from the lid.
7. Leave out the bottle in a warm spot for 2-3 days, or until it's carbonated to the degree you want.
8. Chill the ginger ale in the fridge and enjoy. (You'll probably want to filter the ginger ale as you pour it into the glass. Otherwise you'll get little bits of grated ginger stuck on your lips.)
