Walking to Work
When weather permits, I walk to / from work. I opened my own law practice less than one mile from my house in Clovis, in part, so that I could get rid of the commute and need to get in the car each morning.

My wife walks to work too. She is a stay at home mom :)
While walking to work isn't a reality for me, we both drive cars that have been converted to run on straight waste veg oil.
Wonder how many of our members walk to work? Would love to hear.

the greenest most energy efficient method of transportation
I am a member of the Electric Auto Association
least someone includes, seems walking, biking is overlooked a lot
they do list walking and biking as the cleanest forms of transportation on their literature.
I should quit being so lazy and walk the 3 miles to town
