A Green Company That's New to Fresno
Dear Fresno:
I am a regional representative of Energy Smart Industry (ESI).
We are an exciting green company that requires no expenditure on your part.
ESI will retrofit your common areas with LED lights at no cost to you.
We can retrofit one building or multiple buildings.
We earn our money by participating in the savings we create. As an example, with your kilowatt/hour rates among the highest in the nation, exceeding even Hawaii's 26 cents/kwh, if we were to save you ten thousand dollars on a monthly bill and we took a percentage of that savings for the term of the contract, we would eventually earn a profit. Along the way, you also save on your montly bill and at the end of the term you realize 100% of the savings...and you keep all of the rebates available, if applicable, for going green. We pay for the lights, the install and the maintenance and WE GUARANTEE THE SAVINGS. There are no catches or strings. You can learn more about the program at the links below. NOTE: Notre Dame retrofitted their library with LED and saved 80% on their electric bill.
There are no contracts to sign to perform the lighting analysis. There are no fees.
The analysis requires you to complete a one-page light fixture form and submit energy bills through my office. In Colorado, where the kwh rates are very low, we need to find buildings that run their lights 24/7/365 for the buildings to fit into our program. In Fresno, as with Hawaii, just about every facility should be a candidate.
I invite you to explore the savings and rebates available by discussing our program with your energy company representative. You keep 100% of the government, state and/or energy company rebates with our program. You own the lighting under the agreement, which is usually one of the main requirements to participate in any LED rebate programs.
